The comprehensive Guide, developed through NCHRP 23-20, provides numerous considerations, tools, and resources across all of the following topics through the lens of UAS and AAM:

  • Current state of the industry and technology.
  • Current and potential use cases for UAS and AAM aircraft.
  • Coordination of opportunities and challenges.
  • Best practices for outreach and collaboration.
  • Funding mechanisms and strategies.
  • Workforce development.
  • Stakeholder roles and responsibilities.

This final report provides a thorough and detailed account of the research and development activities that took place throughout the 24-month project period.
