A workshop will explore changes since the 2012 publication of Discipline-Based Education Research: Understanding and Improving Learning in Undergraduate Science and Engineering. The two-day workshop will bring together experts to discuss discipline-based education research in mathematics, science, and engineering. Sessions will focus on current theory and methods for discipline-based education research, the value of DBER to postsecondary education, and how to support a thriving DBER community for the future.
