Step 4: Broad review, lasting 10 business days, where the learning organization facilitates a review with broad distribution of the draft. Step 5: Review feedback, lasting 1 day, where reviewers provide feedback for revisions. Step 6: Executive approval, lasting 10 business days, where division administrators sign off on the final draft. Step 7: Publish, once approved, the job book is released online. Step 8: Update, where the job book is regularly updated and revised as needed.
