COVID-19 Pandemic Transit Response and Partnerships Survey

During the COVID-19 pandemic, transit organizations took on roles outside of their normal scope of work to serve their communities. Some partnered with other public and private organizations to implement initiatives in response to the public health crisis, including but not limited to providing access to COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, delivering food and medicine, and providing internet access to support distance learning.

The Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) is collecting information on these partnerships that formed for COVID-19 response and recovery in order to improve emergency response planning and inform future partnership collaboration. Please complete the following survey on your organization’s pandemic response, non-traditional transit initiative(s) implemented, and/or partnership(s) to aid in this study. At the end of this survey, we invite you to submit specific examples from your organization. We are looking to identify examples from practice to feature in the forthcoming report.
