This panel will annually review the scientific and technical quality of the Army Research Laboratory's (ARL) programs of research and development related to its information science technical area. The panel will provide notes to the Army Research Laboratory Technical Assessment Board (ARLTAB), a committee that will prepare the biennial report summarizing its assessment of the ARL.
