Convened by Transportation Research Board, the Geospatial Acquisition Technologies in Design and Construction Summer Committee Meeting will be held online August 4-6, 2020. Topics include photogrammetric technology, importance of accurate geospatial mapping — especially considering autonomous vehicles — new methods in survey techniques and computations, LiDAR and other existing and emerging technologies, the roll of mobile imaging in 3D digital project delivery, case histories, and on-going projects related to the committee. Registration is required but FREE and open to all.
The virtual event will be hosted on Zoom for Government. This event was originally to be held July 26-29, 2020 in Austin, TX.
