Designing and conducting choice experiments requires several steps: choosing the design type, the number of choice situations, and the sample size. TRB hosted a webinar on Monday, April 15, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM Eastern that provided guidance in selecting suitable design properties and addressed common design misconceptions. Presenters discussed advanced choice experiment designs, where they can be employed, and how the implementation can be operationalized. Presenters also shared hands-on experiences from industry and academia to avoid common pitfalls.
