Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) adhere to the same federal laws and guidance, but each organization operates within its own state, environmental, resource, and political contexts. TRB hosted a webinar on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM Eastern that shared a searchable database and 12-topic toolkit that MPOs can access to enhance their success delivering products and services. MPOs of all sizes can use these resources to find implementable solutions to address challenges in many areas, including mobility as a service, environmental justice in planning, and funding resources.
This webinar is based on NCHRP Research Report 1002: Metropolitan Planning Organizations: Strategies for Future Success.
This webinar was sponsored by TRB’s National Highway Cooperative Research Program.
